Kundalini Yoga works directly on strengthening the nervous system, while activating the glandular system. It helps to balance our metabolism, opens the lungs, and moves energy up the spine, through our chakras.

The yoga will allow us to sit, to pause, and to quiet the mind in order to go into a deep meditative state. Our energy will shift when we pause.

Our goal is to Reflect – Relax – Recalibrate.
